  • Once your plan is in place, we move into phase 2 - ongoing coaching and training. This isn't just a one-time thing; we'll regularly meet over Zoom and provide asynchronous assistance via Loom and email. 

    We'll guide you through the 'how' and 'why' of each step, ensuring that you not only execute effectively on the plan, but also level up your skills and team as you go.

Meet the founder

Joining the P&P Accelerator gives you direct access to Callum Armstrong - avid entrepreneur, environmental philanthropist, and content marketing specialist.

Over the past 5+ years, Callum has been at the helm of multiple companies, spearheading their creation, growth, and successful sale. His diverse business experience has afforded him a panoramic view of the commercial landscape, enabling him to identify opportunities and navigate challenges from various angles.

Within the realm of content marketing, he has worn many hats: strategy consultant, freelance writer, editor, marketing manager, agency owner, and coach.

Outside of for-profit business, he runs a charity called The Reforestation Fund that helps consumer brands and eco-conscious consumers to seamlessly support community environmental projects around Aotearoa (New Zealand). He also provides free marketing training and support to environmental charities through P&P as another way of giving back.

Steps to success

  • Introduction call: We'll schedule a short 15-20 minute intro call to learn more about your business and challenges.

  • Discovery: If we both feel that we’re a good fit to work together, you will be invited to provide more information about your business and marketing goals.

  • Pricing: Based on the information shared, we will send you a proposal designed to help you achieve your goals.

  • Onboarding: If you decide to proceed, we will then take a deep dive into your business and begin the onboarding process.

  • Planning: Once you’re onboarded, we will work together to create a solid strategy and rollout plan for growth over the next 3-12 months.

  • Ongoing coaching: After completing the strategy and planning phase, our engagement typically shifts into an ongoing coaching relationship, if this is required. Depending on the service level agreed, that usually means regular Zoom calls where we focus on key areas and refine your priorities, and behind the scenes support via email and Loom videos.
